Shipping policy

We have two shipping options:

- IN STORE PICKUP - FREE - if you are local to Austin, TX, come by the shop to get your order! But please wait for another email to let your know your order is ready!

- UPS Ground - price varies by distance from the shop - we'll box your order up and send it to you! You'll get tracking information emailed to you so you know when it's arriving! Orders over $250 will require a signature to be delivered.  If you've ordered in-stock items and preorder items, we will ship your order once everyting in in stock. If you'd like your in-stock items shipped before the preorder items are in stock, we'll send you an invoice that that extra shipping fee.
